Sales conditions/purchase conditions
The website iotala.com is operated by ASSIMILATUS AB, org no. 559148-3952. To shop at www.iotala.com, your order must be placed by a company registered in Sweden. When ordering goods, you enter into a purchase agreement with ASSIMILATUS AB. By sending your order, you consent to your name and company details being registered in ASSIMILATUS AB's customer database.
Price
All prices shown on our website and our offers are exclusive of VAT and shipping. Chemical tax is included in the price unless otherwise stated. All prices are listed freely our warehouse. Prices may change due to circumstances beyond ASSIMILATUS AB's control. In such an event, we will contact you and agree whether the order is to be canceled or whether you accept the new price.
Documentation
All documentation of the products' properties in the form of manuals, configuration programs, etc. is primarily in English. Descriptions are in Swedish for certain products and are then available at the respective product.
Support
We provide first-level support via our help desk system, not via telephone or other means of contact. Our goal is that everyone should receive an answer within 48 hours, during holidays and high workloads, longer times may occur. Other support is charged according to a separate price list.
Method of payment
1.) Card payment
When ordering, you pay by card via our payment partner and receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
2.) 30 days net
We send goods for 30 D net after customary credit assessment by our payment partner.
Shipping/delivery times
We apply delivery with Posten, which is also responsible for transport and delivery within Sweden.
When your order has been sent, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you, this will be sent to the email address you entered when ordering. When ordering products that are in stock, delivery normally takes place no later than the second weekday from the order confirmation, except on busy days or during holidays.
ASSIMILATUS AB reserves itself against possible errors in stock balances, which may result in delivery taking place later than estimated. Should the product be out of stock, we will notify you of the earliest possible delivery date. ASSIMILATUS AB is not responsible for any damage this may cause the customer.
Unclaimed packages
For uncollected orders that are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 10% of the value, but at least SEK 250.
Repairs
In the first instance, the product will be sent to our supplier for troubleshooting if we are unable to remedy the repair on site. The work will only begin after the defective product has been sent to IOTALA and the given error description has been confirmed. Our normal handling for troubleshooting is five working days. If we cannot repair the damage, the item is sent on to our supplier. The processing may then be longer.
Return of broken products to us is at the buyer's expense. Repaired goods are sent back to the buyer at the seller's expense.
Advance exchanges are only provided in the case of DOA (Dead on Arrival) reported within 5 working days of the delivery date.
Returns
We only accept returns within 30 days of the first delivery, the return right does not apply to specially ordered items and items not normally stocked, such as antenna cables in special lengths, software, routers in special designs, radio modems on customer-specific frequencies and more. The right of return does not apply to customized enclosures or other adaptations of the product. If you are unsure, check with us when you receive your order confirmation. When returning, we charge a wrong order fee of 10% of the value or at least SEK 250. Wrong orders or wrong deliveries must be reported within five working days from the invoice date. If the goods were ordered against an invoice, it is important that we receive the return before the due date of the invoice. Only when we have received the return can we credit the value of the goods on the invoice. We do not credit shipping amounts. Reimbursement of the purchase price paid takes place within 14 days from when we receive your return.
Products returned for credit must be in complete, undamaged original packaging with all accessories. If this is not the case, the item will either be sent back to the sender or returned for a fee. Return shipping is charged to the sender.
When you return goods, they must be packed well and shock-proof in approved outer packaging (wrapped in brown cardboard or similar, in other words in the same way as when we sent the goods to you). The package must be sent to our goods reception at the address we specify. You must send as a company package or equivalent, packages sent to parcel agents will not be picked up.
Information
ASSIMILATUS AB registers the company data that you as a customer provide to us. If you do not want this to remain in our customer register, it is fine to send an email to info@iotala.com and request that this information be removed
Complaints / Transport damage
ASSIMILATUS AB does not provide independent guarantees in its own name, and the respective manufacturer is responsible for ensuring that guarantees and other regulations are followed. In the event of incorrect delivery, damaged or otherwise incorrect goods, you must immediately submit a complaint to us, where the error must be clearly stated. Returns may under no circumstances be made against cash on delivery and may also never be made without prior complaint.
We are not responsible for indirect damage and our liability for damages is limited to a maximum of SEK 5,000 towards each customer.
In the case of goods damaged in transport, a complaint against the shipping company must be made without unreasonable delay after the buyer has discovered or should have discovered the error or deficiency. In the event of visible reduction or damage to the goods, a complaint must be made to the driver/delivery person immediately upon receipt of the goods and otherwise within 48 hours of receipt.
Chemical tax
Chemical tax is included in the price, if you are an approved warehouse keeper, contact us and we will change this manually or change your order. Please note that it is not possible to change an invoiced order afterwards.
Reservations
We reserve the right to change prices as a result of large price deviations from our suppliers, misspellings or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.
Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect concluded agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.
